Enviro is the official research journal of Resilience Maldives, a distinguished platform where knowledge meets action, and ideas are wielded with the precision of strategy. The journal was established in loving memory of Miusam Mohamed Saleem (H. Maairaa, K. Male’, Republic of Maldives), 6 November 1982 – 1 August 2022, who served on the Executive Board as Communication Director when Resilience Maldives was founded. Miusam lived to write, research, and create, and his intellect, dedication, and passion laid the foundation for the organisation and inspired the creation of this journal. Though taken from us far too soon, his legacy endures in every page, every study, and every solution that seeks to change the course of our fragile world.
